Roasted in Christchurch on the South Island of New Zealand, these single origin beans come all the way from Brazil.
The producer, Edio Miranda and his wife Maria Aparecia Miranda started cultivating coffee in their state named "Sitio Santo Antonio do prado" acquired in 1947.
Harvested last year at an altitude of 1200 m this coffee offers notes of honey, citric and floral acidity. A balanced cup with a lingering and soft aftertaste.
