In 1999 Hans Pronk found himself in a small cafe behind a coffee machine.
In 2007 he took all he had learnt and put it into his very first roast,
creating a unique brew of specialty coffee from around the world. Today, he
can still be found behind his coffee machine, perfecting his craft.
