Coffee of the Month: October

After releasing our first Fernweh Coffee Tutorial, we bring you this month’s feature: a dark chocolate flavored coffee with wood notes perfect to brew at home discovering the strong personality of this 100% arabica beans.

These arabica beans are selected and imported directly from Timor Leste with upfront caramel and toffee notes, lingering notes of bakers chocolate. Some other key aspects of this coffee is that its produced at an altitude of 800-1600 meters, fully washed and that it’s roast level is medium roast.

This coffee has been roasted in New Zealand by Spaceman Coffee in small batches, a process that lets the roaster monitor the change from green beans to roasted coffee step by step, obtaining an unique hand-tailored final product.
